Vanessa Colella is CEO of Stellarus, a technology company modernizing the core infrastructure of healthcare. She brings a rare ability to help institutions in complex, regulated industries operate at the speed of the consumer—expertise she now applies to helping health plans automate operations, modernize member experiences, and deploy AI at scale. Over 30+ years, Colella has led large-scale transformation across financial services, technology, and healthcare. Previously, she was Global Head of Innovation and Digital Partnerships at Visa, and Chief Innovation Officer, Head of Ventures, and Head of Productivity at Citi. She holds a PhD from MIT's Media Lab.
