Selin Kocalar
Delve, Co-Founder & COO
Selin Kocalar is the co-founder and COO of Delve. She started doing research in high school, published 8 papers by age 20, and sent an experiment to the International Space Station. That work brought her to MIT, where she continued in research labs, including Feng Zhang's lab on CRISPR, but grew more interested in getting research out of the lab and scaling impact. While building in healthcare and AI with her now cofounder, she ran into compliance as the thing that slowed everything down, and left MIT to co-found Delve and fix it. Delve has since raised over $30 million and uses AI to automate frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 for fast-growing companies. In her free time, Selin enjoys running marathons, reading, and knitting handmade items that she sends to her family's hometown in Turkey.
