Richard Rabbat is co-founder and advisor at Lighty AI, an enterprise productivity startup focused on driving margin expansion. Richard was VP Product, Platform at Twitter, covering compute, data and ML platform, privacy, security and developer experience. Previously, he founded and built Gfycat, a creator platform that was acquired by Snap. He had previously been VP Platform and Advertising at Tango, a last-stage messaging startup where he drove profitability. Richard was GM at Zynga. He had been a Product Manager at Google, working on search. He's the inventor of the WebP image format. Richard has a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with focus on communications and computer networks. Richard has more than 30 US patents awarded and is a frequent speaker on AI.
