Reshma Khilnani is the Co-Founder and CEO of Medplum, an open-source healthcare developer platform enabling health systems, digital health companies, and AI startups to build compliant clinical applications and AI workflows on modern infrastructure. Medplum provides the foundational FHIR-native, cloud-native, and AI-ready data layer that powers the next generation of healthcare software. Previously, Khilnani was a partner at Y Combinator, where she mentored hundreds of healthcare and AI startups, and held engineering and product roles at health tech companies. She holds a degree in computer science from MIT.
