Maggie Chung

Voio, Co-Founder

Maggie Chung, MD, is the Co-Founder and Medical Lead of Voio, an AI lab building foundation models and multimodal systems for healthcare. She is also an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University of California, San Francisco, where she leads development and clinical translation of AI in medicine. She co-leads a UCSF–UC Berkeley breast AI research lab and has led prospective clinical trials evaluating AI in diverse care settings. Her work spans medical imaging, multimodal AI, human-AI collaboration, and the deployment of advanced AI systems to improve diagnostic accuracy, efficiency, and access to high-quality care.
