Abhinav Adduri leads the virtual cell machine learning team at Arc Institute. His team focuses on building foundation models that enable virtual experimentation, with the ultimate goal of moving more of the experimental loop in silico. Abhinav earned his PhD in Machine Learning and Computational Biology at Carnegie Mellon University, where his research applied protein language models to antimicrobial discovery and drug-target interaction prediction
