Mitali Dhar

Mitali Dhar is co-founder of Disco Dialogues, a multimedia organization focused on engaging people in deliberate dialogue to bring about inner growth, connection and community. Prior to Disco Dialogues, she held leadership roles in Partnerships and People Operations (HR) at Google. Over her 15 year tenure, she worked on the launch of many of Google’s most successful products including Google Assistant, Search, Android and Maps. Prior to Google, she worked as a product manager at a fintech startup, Yodlee (acquired by Envestnet) and at strategy consulting firm, Mitchell Madison Group. Mitali holds two bachelor degrees from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
