Songyee Yoon

Songyee Yoon is the President and Chief Strategy Officer at NCSOFT, a leading video game developer and publisher in South Korea. She holds a BS from KAIST and a PhD in Computational Neuroscience from MIT Media Lab. Yoon founded NCSOFT's AI Center and NLP Center to advance the company's AI and ML. Previously, she led intelligent data services platforms at SK Telecom as VP of Communication Intelligence. Recognized as one of The Wall Street Journal's "Top 50 Women to Watch," Yoon has been instrumental in bringing AI/ML to NCSOFT. She has also taught Media and Entertainment Strategy as an adjunct professor at Yonsei University.
