Emily Shao

Emily Shao, Partner at McKinsey & Company, is a leader in McKinsey's Advanced Industries and Travel, Logistics & Infrastructure Practices. She advises organizations on strategic and operational issues related to the future of mobility and sustainability. Emily has led key client projects accelerating product launches, developing equity stories, and creating long-term strategic roadmaps. Her recent published work includes “Unlocking the industrial potential of robotics and automation” and “Mobility investments in the next normal.” Emily holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BS degrees in mechanical engineering and management science from MIT.
