Cai GoGwilt

Cai GoGwilt is the founder and Chief Architect of Ironclad, a digital contracting platform that uses AI to automate contract workflows. He started Ironclad in 2014 with co-founder Jason Boehmig after leaving his software engineering role at Palantir Technologies. Cai grew up in New York City and studied computer science and physics at MIT before joining Palantir. He became drawn to legal tech and co-founded Ironclad to speed up contracting and enable businesses to pivot faster. Ironclad was part of Y Combinator's Summer 2015 batch.
