Pegah Ebrahimi

Pegah Ebrahimi is the Chief Operating Officer of Cisco Collaboration, spanning Meetings, Teams, Devices, Calling, and Contact Center serving over 300M people worldwide. She has extensive experience in leading go-to-market & offer strategy, sales incentive structure, product development, finance, marketing, M&A, business development and strategic partnerships, customer success, and operations. Prior to joining Cisco, Pegah was Morgan Stanley's COO of Global Technology Banking, where she led business transformation and global expansion for the multi-billion dollar division. Prior to that, she was CIO of the firm’s Global Banking franchise, where she led technology strategy for the division focusing on digital transformation and strengthening the bank’s application development. Pegah is an innovator at her core, she has launched two of her own companies and knows how to build and develop great teams. She remains active in start-ups as both an investor and advisor to many software enterprise companies on product and go to market strategies, including Gainsight, and Canva. She also advised Accompany prior to it’s acquisition by Cisco. She’s part owner of the sporting agency, One Legacy, and a trusted technology investing advisor to numerous professional athletes.
